1. Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances.

4. Fees once paid are non-refundable for any examination /seminar / conference / any other event of All India Science Teachers Association, West Bengal.

6. If examination / seminar / conference / any other event is specified in the website, any eligible individual can subscribe for the same by filling the form, accepting Terms & condition and paying the required fees.
7. Once the selection is confirmed & communicated to the individual, no cancellation will be allowed.
8. No refund will be eligible in case of no show where the participant arrives late or does not turn up for the event.
9. Only the registered participant can attend the examination / seminar / conference / any other event & replacement or substitution is not allowed.

No refunds will be eligible to any individual if the examination / seminar / conference / any other event conducted is not up to the satisfaction or expectation of the participant.

In case an examination / seminar / conference / any other event is postponed, the revised date will be informed through the website.
12. In case an examination / seminar / conference / any other event is cancelled, all decisions related to that examination / seminar / conference / any other event of All India Science Teachers' Association, West Bengal will be binding and that will be communicated through the website.
